A Spring Workshop on Receiving, Self-Compassion, and Renewal
You’re invited to a gentle, grounding, and deeply affirming space created just for moms.
March invites spring cleaning and new beginnings not just for our homes, but for ourselves. This 2-hour workshop is an opportunity to pause, soften, and reconnect with the woman behind the caregiving.
So often, motherhood asks us to give endlessly while putting our own needs last. This workshop is an invitation to receive, to rest, to reflect, and to come home to yourself without guilt.
Through guided reflection, compassionate practices, and meaningful conversation, we’ll explore what it means to care for yourself in ways that truly replenish, not just help you get through the day.
During This Workshop, You’ll Explore:
Why receiving support, rest, and care can feel so difficult for moms
How mom guilt and the inner critic show up in daily life
Practical self-compassion tools you can use anytime
What kind of self-care actually replenishes your energy
How to reconnect with yourself beyond your roles and responsibilities
You’ll leave with gentle insights, reflective prompts, and a simple self-love action plan you can carry into your everyday life.

5:45 PM – Welcome & Intentions
Setting the tone for a supportive, non-judgmental, and reflective evening.
6:00 PM – The Art of Receiving
Exploring why receiving rest, help, and care can feel difficult for many moms—and how learning to receive is an act of healing and self-compassion.
6:30 PM – Softening the Inner Critic & Self-Compassion Practices
Practical tools to release mom guilt, perfectionism, and harsh self-talk, and replace them with kindness and understanding.
7:00 PM – Reconnection & Self-Care That Replenishes
Reflecting on what truly nourishes you and reconnecting with the woman beyond the caregiving role.
7:20 PM – Integration & Closing
Creating a simple, personalized self-love action plan and closing with grounding and reflection.
