Virtual Women’s Mental Wellness Workshop: In the Shadow and the Silence – Healing Mother & Father Wounds
Behind our adult patterns, relationship struggles, and self-doubt often live unmet childhood needs. This workshop offers a compassionate space to explore how early experiences with caregivers continue to shape how we see ourselves and connect with others.
In this workshop, you will:
· Gain awareness of how the mother and father wounds show up in your life and relationships.
· Identify generational patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of shame, perfectionism, or people-pleasing.
· Reconnect with your inner child and unmet emotional needs through guided reflection and somatic grounding.
· Learn tools to cultivate self-compassion, emotional regulation, and inner safety.
· Begin to release inherited pain and reclaim your authentic voice, truth, and worth.
This space is for anyone ready to understand their story with gentleness, not to blame, but to heal. Come as you are and leave with clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of self-trust.
